* We are profeesional to produce all kinds of shape water sink drainage corrugation hose machine .we have full experience to make
good shape, good teeth hose. 
We have two kinds of corrugation collection and cutting units according to different shape of hose.

* This machine use single screw extruder as the main unit. add die head, mould, forming table, winding units. some speicial usage hose also need hose middle slitting unit, siphon hose need corrugation collection unit and auto cutting unit.

* Machine adopt PP PE PVC PA (NYLON). machien can produce different diameter hose: 6mm-120mm for different usage.

* We have low speed and high speed two type of deisgn machine. price are differents according to speed.

Extruder

Forming unit

Houses the screw and barrel where the plastic is melted and homogenized.
Different design for different process material, extruder have high output and good plasticity.
PLC touch screen control.

There have two different forming unit:

one is the common speed forming unit;

one is the high speed forming unit.
Cooling system is the most important part.
We adopt air fan cooling system and water circulation system.

The gap between the core and mouth is 0.8mm. 

Material is 45# mould steel after forging or 40Cr treated by quenching in high temperature tempering
