Extruder Houses the screw and barrel where the plastic is melted and homogenized. Different design for different process material, extruder have high output and good plasticity. PLC touch screen control.

Sheet extrusion mould Shapes the molten plastic into a flat sheet; mould design is crucial for product quality. Three rollor calender Alloy steel 42CrMo, made out of crackless stainless tube, quenching, hardening and tempering treated, its surface is Chrome plated and then polished

Haul off unit Pulls the sheet through the line at a controlled speed. Harden aluminum, oxidative and half mirror polished treatment.

Winder Rolls the sheet onto spools. Changing the rolls becomes a simple matter.

* Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. Insurance company and shipping company will be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.

* Guarantee period and after-sales services: 24 months since date of bill of lading
During this guarantee period, DAAOTE company will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, DAAOTE company will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.

* Long-term service:
DAAOTE company will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
Re : If the seller is unable to send technicians to the buyer's factory for commissioning due to force majeure, the seller will help the buyer install the equipment online or by other means
