PU PE NYLON Coiled Hose (PU Spiral Hose) can use in automated machinery, coating machinery, all kinds of pneumatic tools, pneumatic &
hydraulic machinery, construction and various pneumatic tools. Polyether based PU/PE NYLON Coiled Hose is hydrolysis-resistant,
anti-bacterial & anti-fungous, and it can be used for gardening, cleaning, water hoses and other purposes. Ether type is
resistance to hydrolysis, fungus and weather ability. Ester type give maximum abrasion resistance and good oil, solvent and great resistance.

The main extruder adopts china famous high stable AC motor, double reduction hardened gear box drive, to ensure the energy saving production, smooth operation and quiet as well as long service life.

High-end temperature control configuration system, temperature control accuracy of ± 1-1.5°C, to ensure extrusion Products and the roundness / dimensional accuracy of the pipe materials. hose diameter measure system give on line checking the accuracy of the hose .

Requirements according to different configurations using German Siemens or Japan Mutsubishi PLC controlling technology and system, Japan OMRON temperature controller, French contactor, world famous Servo motor.
The proper configuration of the tube machine meets high efficiency, high precision, high-quality and maximum economy requirements of modern production, reduce the labor intensity.
