Product Description

 

Extruder Houses the screw and barrel where the plastic is melted and homogenized. Different design for different process material, extruder have high output and good plasticity. PLC touch screen control.

Water tank Stable temperature cast flow water tank. made of stainless steel, structure and lifting system. Easy working. Ensure fiber cooling down under melting points. This can ensure material's molecular easy to be stretching in next steps.

Haul off unit The rollers rotary in a very stable speed. Roller surface treatment: Hard-Chromed, smoothly surface Rubber pinch roller stretching filament better.

Hot water heating strech tank Inner material: 304 stainless steel Outer layer and upper cover has thick insulation layer. Pipe heating, automatic temperature keeping.

Hot air drying tank Heating with electrical pipe heater. Special circulation flow channel design, air can spread evenly.
