Product Description

The PVC Garden Hose Extrusion Line is specially designed for producing flexible, durable, and high-transparency garden hoses. These hoses are widely used in gardening, household cleaning, agricultural irrigation, and construction water supply. The line offers stable performance, easy operation, and low energy consumption. It can produce single-layer or multi-layer hoses with optional color stripes.

General information of PVC garden hose production line
 

1.Adopt PLC control and simple operation.
2.Use stainless steel which type is 304.
3.The center height can be adjusted.
4. Material of screw and barrel: 38CrMoAlA, nitrogen quenched which the thickness layer 0.4-0.7mm; Hardness of screw barrel: >940 HV.
5. Adopt Electric Parts (Motor/Inverter/breaker/relay and so on) which is SIEMENS/OMRON/SCHNEIDE. It can keep machine operation stable and improve the extruder's output.
6.Production speed is 6m/min to 15m/min.
