Working Principle:

1. Strap winders for extrusion speeds up to 180m/min (590.55fpm) feature one spindle per machine with reinforced dancer arms for precise winding tensions.
2. The inclinometer on the dancer arm sends signals to the PLC, which controls the winding motor speed to ensure even winding with constant tension.
3. Straps pass through the traversing unit, with the traversing motor running in sync with the winding motor for uniform winding around cylindrical tubes.
4. A meter recording encoder connected to the traction motor reports linear speed and length wound to the PLC for real-time monitoring of equipment operation.
