How does your manufacture deal with quality control?

From the beginning of production to delivery time, every step goes through ISO9001 quality management system and ERP scientific management system. Our technical workers also will debug equipments again before shipment.

Double wall corrugated pipe is a mature and widely used product featuring light weight, low cost, corrosion resistance, excellent ring stiffness, and outstanding flexibility. The double wall corrugated pipe production line is designed, developed, and manufactured by DAAOTE.

This production line adopts an advanced corrugator mold design. The pipe is formed through air cooling with gear-driven modules, enabling high forming speed, uniform corrugation, consistent joint quality, and smooth inner and outer pipe surfaces.

We offer a complete range of double wall corrugated pipe production lines, including horizontal, vertical, and shuttle-type models. Our machines are capable of processing various materials, including HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene), PP (Polypropylene), PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), and more.
