2. Continuously and Synchronously Processing of Emitters feeding, selecting, transferring, storage, quantity-fixing supply and mosaic. Transfer speed can be adjusted according to the production speed of drip irrigation tape, ensuring that plastic emitters can be transferred to the bonding place of drip tape accurately then bond them firmly.
3.Unique structure, special material and advanced processing crafts of screw bolt of extruder, die head ,and dimension-fixing cylinder makes raw materials extruded and plasticized evenly, pipe-wall smooth and diameter fixed stable.
4. Vacuum water tank and cooling water tank are made of stainless steel. Vacuum degree in vacuum water tank can be adjusted flexibly and accurately, and can be kept stable.
5. Strong drying equipment can solve effectively water carrying in the high-speed production.
6. Double haul-off machines controlled by frequency-variable technology, with steady speed which can be adjusted synchronously according to production speed. And the line has low noise.
7. Mechanical method with PLC controlled drilling dripping holes. Meanwhile, it is equipped with residue recycling system. It has characteristics of high speed of hole-drilling and no residue left.
